Gene sequence from preferential segregation frequencies

Presence of the heterochromatic knob (K) on chromosome 10 leads to preferential segregation of the knob bearing chromosome. Frequencies of transmission of the individual genes in such stocks may be taken to serve as indices for their distance from K as the differences in these frequencies are due to differential crossing over between the genes and K. An attempt to determine the gene sequence in two R-ch isolates yielded the following data:
